Eligibility
- Current ICMA membership (or pay membership renewal as part of application — non-members can become Affiliate Members via the Calwest application process)
- Recognized undergraduate degree, or equivalent professional qualification, in any discipline
- Minimum age: 22 years
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
English Proficiency
The language of instruction and assessment is English. Applicants without appropriate previous academic experience in an English language environment must meet one of the following minimum scores:
- TOEFL — 530 (paper) / IBT 71 (internet-based)
- IELTS — 6.5
- Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE) — 50
- CEFR — B2
- ACT Compass — Level 3
- TOEIC or Berlitz Online Proficiency Test (equivalent level)
Pathways & Cost
