Calwest University is committed to maintaining a responsive and fair complaints process. This policy applies to all aspects of the educational experience at Calwest University.
Scope
Complaints may relate to other students, staff members, or external individuals connected with the University. All complaints will be taken seriously and handled with appropriate confidentiality.
How to Lodge a Complaint
Complaints should be directed to the President of Calwest University. Complaints must be submitted in writing and should include sufficient detail to allow the matter to be properly investigated.
Confidentiality
In most cases, the complainant will be identified to the respondent so that the matter can be properly investigated and the respondent has the opportunity to respond. An exception may be made where the facts of the complaint are not in dispute and identification of the complainant is not necessary.
Fairness
No complaint will be pre-judged. All parties will be given a fair opportunity to present their perspective before any finding or decision is made.
