Student Records
Policy governing the maintenance and retention of student records at Calwest University.
Learning Management System
All student academic records are maintained within the Tubeclasses/Moodle Learning Management System (LMS). This includes course enrollment records, assessment submissions, grades, and completion records.
Prior Learning Documentation
Documents submitted for prior learning recognition (RPL) are retained by the University as part of the student's permanent record.
Transcripts
Academic transcripts are maintained permanently in electronic format. RPL credits that have been recognised are identified on the student's transcript.
Retention Period
Student records are retained indefinitely. There is no scheduled destruction of student academic records.
